Delivery method

The delivery method is chosen by the customer at the time of ordering.

COLISSIMO

This delivery method guarantees the Customer the delivery of his package within 3 days following shipment. The package is delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. If the dimensions of your package allow it, the package will be placed in your mailbox. Otherwise a delivery notice will be left.

MONDIAL RELAY

This delivery method offers you to be delivered to one of the 5300 relay points of the Mondial Relay network located in Metropolitan France. Near your home, your work, often open at lunchtime, later in the evening... By choosing the relay delivery method, the customer declares to have read and adhered without reservation to the general conditions of sale of Mondial Relay.

The average delivery time to a relay point is 5 working days. The customer is informed by text message and/or email of the arrival of their package at the relay point; they have 10 working days from the date the email is sent to collect their order, upon presentation of a valid ID. At the end of this period, the package will be considered abandoned and can no longer be the subject of any claim by the customer.

The Company reserves the right to transmit to Mondial Relay the personal data provided by the subscriber on the Site when registering. Mondial Relay may use these contact details to contact the subscriber in order to facilitate the receipt of the package.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of payment.

After shipment, delivery times are as follows:

• Colissimo France: Two to three (working) days for mainland France.
• Mondial Relay: The average delivery time to a relay point is 5 working days.

The delivery times indicated above are those generally observed. The delivery time may be extended by a few days during sales periods or any other special operation.
